About

I started in engineering. As an SDET manager at Google Finance and Morgan Stanley, I led quality teams of up to 30 people, and learned how products break before users ever see them.

That pulled me into design. At NYC's Mayor's Office of Contract Services, I led designers, product managers and QA to move city procurement online for the first time, for 86 agencies. At FourQ, I was the first and only designer and built the design practice for OneBiller, a billing and invoicing product later acquired by BlackLine.

Today I'm a Lead UX Designer at TCS, designing for clients including Cummins, PNC and DTCC. Most of my recent work puts AI into complex workflows, where it recommends and people decide. I prototype with Claude Code, n8n and custom GPTs, so I can test ideas with working software, not just screens.
