Team: Product Owner, Content Designer, developers, PNC marketing and compliance.
A side offer pod leads to a detail modal and an offer-specific application. Cancel closes the modal; No thanks hides the offer for a period.
Business-owned targeting rules, legal review, linked numbered disclosures and WCAG AA requirements shaped the experience. Visuals are redrawn illustrative wireframes, not real PNC screens.
